We want to make sure our hooman and canine customers are happy with their purchase. That’s why all our items are eligible for a 14-day returnTo be eligible for a return, the below must apply:

  •  Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • The item must be faulty or damaged (upon delivery)
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition your received it (so the biscuit bags must be closed)
  • It must be in the original packaging 
  • You must supply photo evidence and return goods to us
  • To complete your return we require a proof of purchase

Please note:

  • We do not allow refunds if you change your mind
  • If an item is discounted, it will be eligible for refund of purchase amount

Please email us before returning goods so that we are able to review and approve your return or refund request.

 

Please note that shipping costs are NOT refundable, and costs to return goods to us are payable by the customer. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are approved your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 10 working days.

 

 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at woof@poppetandfloof.co.uk to get further instructions on this. If for any reason you would like to exchange the item, please contact us at woof@poppetandfloof.co.uk and we will give you further instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. 

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at woof@poppetandfloof.co.uk .

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
